My name is Mark Cumicek. I live in De Pere, WI with my wonderful wife Jennie and two energetic sons Sam (10) and Daniel (6). I’m thrilled to be prepping for my fifth straight HFM Maritime Marathon. The opportunity to share my thoughts, observations, and training is such an honor.
